Booking conditions

We know that your vacation is very important to you. They are also extremely important to us, we want you to enjoy them and to continue booking your next vacation with For All Travel in the future. We want to build a long term relationship and to be sure that you understand your obligations and ours when you book a vacation. Please take a few minutes to read the following conditions, as they form the basis of your booking and contracting with 4AT SRL (hereafter For All Travel). We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary and without prior notice. We recommend that you check this page regularly to ensure that you have seen and are aware of our booking terms and conditions.

Payments
The person booking the vacation must be 18 years old of age or older, and is responsible for all payments. The contracting process starts when we receive your payment for the initial deposit. You will receive confirmation of your reservation within 7 days of making the initial deposit payment. After you have paid the total amount of your reservation, we will proceed to start the process of generating the commercial invoice.
There are two steps required to complete the booking and contracting process:
Step 1
Payment of the initial deposit of US$ 300.

Step 2
Payment of the full amount of your vacation, which must be made up to 30 days before the start date of your vacation.

You can pay online or via bank transfer. Please purchase additional travel insurance to cover any type of emergency. We strongly recommend that you order your insurance immediately after you have completed payment for your vacation, we can refer you to an insurance provider if you wish.

Incomplete booking forms will be returned and, where information is incorrect, we disclaim any liability and reserve the right to cancel your booking and withhold any payment received. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to unacceptable behavior.

Confirmation and commercial invoice
We will issue an invoice for the cost of your vacation with the payment confirmation for the total amount of your vacation. Please review the confirmation invoice as soon as you receive it. Please contact us immediately if any information on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date. We regret that we cannot accept any liability if you do not advise us of any errors in any document within 14 days after we send you the booking confirmation. We will do our best to rectify any errors notified to us outside these time limits, but you must cover any costs involved in doing so. If we are unable to confirm your booking, we will immediately refund any payment you have made to us.

Late payments
If the initial deposit and/or balance is not paid on time, we may cancel your reservation. If the balance is not paid on time, we will hold your deposit although we will apply cancellation charges as detailed in the section below marked "Cancellation Charges".

Prices
All prices shown on the For All Travel website and in For All Travel brochures are per person and generally include transfers to and from the airport, accommodation, meal plan and activity plan. All prices we advertise are accurate, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices according to market conditions. Prices on our website are updated regularly. Before you make a reservation, we will provide you with the updated price for the vacation you selected and any additional services or activities you have requested.

If you change or cancel your vacation
Change your vacation: if you wish to change the name in which the reservation has been made you may do so only within 4 weeks after the date of the reservation, we will do our best to make the necessary changes. There will be an extra administration fee of US$ 50 for this action. You may cancel your vacation at any time. To do so you must send a written notice via e-mail to info@forall.travel. The date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the cancellation notice (not the date of verbal notification by telephone). As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges as shown in the section below marked "Cancellation Charges".

Cancellation Fees
Please note that your initial deposit is non-refundable. Estimated cancellation charges based on a percentage of the cost of your vacation are as follows depending on the date written notice of cancellation of your vacation is received:
- 100% if the cancellation is notified in writing 12 weeks prior to the vacation start date.
- 50% if the cancellation is notified in writing between 0 and 12 weeks prior to the start date of the vacation.

If we change or cancel your vacation
We begin planning our vacation programs many weeks in advance. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of your reservation, sometimes changes will be necessary.
Most changes will be minor, but occasionally we have to make a significant change. We reserve the right to make minor changes, both before and after the reservation has been made. This may include a change in the type of accommodation, meal plan or activity plan.
Only upon a major change will we inform you in writing immediately and you will have the following options: accept the arrangement of your new vacation program or cancel your vacation, in which case we will offer a full refund of all the money you have paid to For All Travel. A change or modification is "major" when it may include: a change in accommodation to a lower category or a change in the scheduled departure date.

Cancellations
We reserve the right, under any circumstances, to cancel your vacation. In that case we will make a refund of all the money paid or you will be able to accept an offer for a new vacation program. The circumstances under which we may cancel your vacation are due to reasons of force majeure beyond our control (e.g. war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, labor disputes, natural disasters, technical problems with transportation, airport closures, adverse weather conditions, fires and similar events).

We also reserve the right to cancel the vacation of any guest who persistently exhibits unacceptable behavior during their stay. If your state of health, level of fitness or conduct at any time before or during a trip is endangering, or appears likely to endanger your health or welfare or that of any third party (including any other customer of the company), you may be excluded from all or part of the trip without the right to a refund.

Very rarely, for reasons beyond our control (as mentioned above), we may be forced to change or terminate your vacation after the departure date. This is extremely unlikely, but if it happens, we regret that we are unable to make any refunds (unless we obtain them from our suppliers). Until you have received your vacation information package confirming your vacation itinerary, we strongly recommend that you do not make any other travel arrangements or book your airline flights. This also applies to any costs related to visas or vaccinations. If any part of your vacation is not provided as promised (this does not include minor changes), we will accept responsibility. As such, we may compensate you if we agree that this has affected the enjoyment of your vacation.

We are not liable where the breach of contract is attributable to a third party unrelated to the provision of your vacation or where unusual and unforeseeable things happen which are outside our control. We will not be liable when you are not enjoying your vacation or suffer any kind of problem due to a reason that you did not inform us about your health conditions or physical condition. In addition, we cannot accept responsibility for any services that are not part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services or facilities that the hotel or any other supplier agrees to provide for you that we have not agreed to provide.

Complaints
If you have a complaint during your vacation, we will endeavor to find appropriate solutions. If you wish to file a complaint upon your return, please contact us as soon as possible: info@forall.travel

Special requests
Your requests for type of accommodation, special diets, etc., please inform us at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be honored, but we will do our best to help. Failure to accommodate any special request will not represent a breach of contract on our part.

Visas and health requirements
You will need a valid passport for all vacations abroad. You should check the status and expiry date of your passport, visa conditions and health requirements prior to departure. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary and valid travel and health documents prior to departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to any transport or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct documentation. You should check the health requirements of the country you are visiting six weeks prior to travel.

Independent suppliers
Some of the services that make up your vacation are provided by independent suppliers. These suppliers provide these services in according to their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available upon request from ourselves or the supplier in question.

Clients with additional needs
For All Travel is a company specializing in extending access to different vacation programs to visually impaired people. Our vacations are therefore designed, equipped and modeled accordingly. This is the fundamental nature of our service. We make reasonable adjustments to include clients who have other needs, but we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to meet every need in every case. Clients with additional needs that we consider beyond our clearly stated specialty (visual impairment) and/or our ability to cope may require bringing your own personal guide with you on your vacation.

This person should be someone who has a fuller understanding of your specific needs, to ensure that you remain comfortable and supported during the vacation and to ensure that the level of enjoyment of the rest of the group is not adversely affected. For All Travel is not able to fund the vacation price of this guide. It is a crucial requirement that all clients make full disclosure of any additional needs they have prior to acceptance, whether or not they believe these to be relevant.

Failure by any client to comply could result in a risk to their health, to the health and safety of our guides and others in the group, and could seriously detract from the vacation for all concerned. This policy is in keeping with our overriding professional obligation to provide inclusivity with safety. For questions regarding our terms and conditions, please contact a member of the For All Travel team.
